My experience with Northwest Roofers doing extensive chimney repair and maintenance has been the best roofing experience we have had in 14 years of home ownership. Shaun is the owner of the company, he comes to your residence, puts a drone up over your roof so both you and he get a birdseye view of any potential trouble spots and work that needs to be done. He gives a straight forward quote. The team of men he sent Chris and Shane, where exceptionally courteous, informative, answering all of my questions, and by large and far, they left the job site clean and tidy at the end of each day. The final day, they cleaned up everything very well, and I needed to do very little. Because of the very cold January temperatures, the men had to constantly battle heavy frost on the roof. They would basically work with the sun, but even then they found themselves having to work on the frosty side of the roof. They did not let that phase them, they got on with the job. Shaun was on site on the start morning to make sure that everyone knew what work had been contracted, and on site at the end to make sure the work was carried out at his expected standard. Hats off to both Chris and Shane, as they came across more than one nasty surprise along the way and the job really turned into an undertaking. So pleased with every aspect of this journey. I would strongly recommend Northwest Roofers to anyone looking for a quality job!
