Don't know anything about the company or their service, all I know is they have been spamming my email with unsolicited marketing emails. I have never been in contact with this outfit let alone offered them permission to send me marketing communications.

Tried claiming their fees twice from me. I have reported them to the financial conduct authority 17th may 2019 to investigate this

DO IT YOURSELF !!!! DOWNLOAD FORMS ON LINE I had to fill in sooo many sets of forms.... The banks themselves ended up phoning me direct and I ended up doing most of the work myself and they get nearly 40% !!!!!! When eventually I did end up getting some money back First Target sent numerous Texts Emails asking me to phone Urgently... Numerous Phone calls. It turned out they were chasing their money. This was before I recieved any cheques from the banks... Followed by invoices from First Target... They also would rather I didnt pay by cheque. I was also charged 100 + Vat for them to search for possible companies I may have had claims with...... is this actually legal?? Found the staff irritating to say the least ! Different branches would phone on the sane day often asking the same questions..... badly organised... dont seem to know what they are doing !

I have used ftr in the past and found they are very professional in what they do I have won several ppi cases
