It was really dirty, we felt ill just standing in the environment. There was food all over the floor in the play areas. My 18 month old was constantly tripping over damaged areas of flooring. Most of the parents were more interested in chatting with each other than watching their children. This led to my child having multiple toys taken from him and having his hand smacked away from a toy by an older child. I also witnessed a really young child just left to his own devices while his mother sat in one of the other play areas with her friend. If it was clean and tidy, and the parents there actually wanted to spend time with their children rather than each other, it would be lovely. My son enjoyed playing with the toys (I washed his hands a thousand times after we left though). I can't describe how unclean it felt and looked, though.
