        A small campsite and lacking mooring but great for canoeists and those with small boats. Adequate facilities include two toilets, an outside sink for washing up and a token-operated shower.

        Lovely isolated campsite right by the water. Hot water and toilet, and also a shower available if you buy a token from the lock keeper for 3.50 (they are there from 9am to 5pm). I would say one of the nicer locks to camp. Friendly and helpful lock keeper.
