        We bought a gym timer that was great until recently when the buzzer stopped working, Bytomic rectified this for us very quickly & courteously. Thanks Bytomic!

        In 2020 our small martial arts club bought a large batch of 40mm jigsaw mats from Bytomic. This year (2022) we ordered some more to extend our mat area. One of the mats was damaged inside the box. The replacement mat they sent was also damaged. We then found that the new mats were 2mm thicker than the ones we'd bought in 2020 and didn't interlock with them. We sent the company photographs to illustrate the problem. The company said we were wrong and that the product was exactly the same as before. We have therefore returned the new mats and closed our long-standing Trade Account with Bytomic.
