I've been with this vet for years but was quite frankly shocked at the reception I received when asking for help with a stray cat. She appeared in our garden approx 4 months ago in a bad way, she doesn't have a chip and we discovered she was pregnant. She has since had a baby kitten. We have put her on every lost and found site we can find, with no response at all. I am willing to register as her new owner and asked Windmill to help by running their own checks and then neuter and chip her for me, but they wouldn't return my call and when I did speak to them they refused to help in any way.
