        Booked for a 0500 pick up to the airport. Driver turns up 10 mins late. I watch him on the tracker try to get fuel even though he's already late. When in the car he says he needs to get fuel, best in mind we are already late at this point. I tell him the fuel stations are closed, he doesn't listen and still tries to get fuel. Heading through Aylesbury toland has to stop to get fuel which just delays the journey even more. Drover friendly and apologetic but no planning and doesn't help me. Pre plan, its simple.

        Cracking taxi's, used them for a wedding, Premier Inn to Huntsmen, ordered then at noon and back at 10pm! Spot on! Text as they arrived
