        I booked a taxi via their chat app last night to take me to work this morning. Had a conversation with someone, not sure who? I was told someone would send me a message via WhatsApp to confirm this. I never received this message, so thought I'd better ring them to check my booking Glad I did, because when I rang them they had no record of my booking, and was abruptly told they had no cars available anyway!

        I got this car very quickly at Silverstone, they know about the circuit so came and picked me up ... clean and nice car . Good Service

        LEFT MY DAUGHTER STRANDED! Booked car for first time for school pickup at 8:20 a.m. (for an 8:45 start) as I needed to attend an event. I was assured a white Mercedes would be at the house on time but I gave Abbey Cars the home number and asked they ring my daughter if they were to be late. Texted my daughter at 8:30 - no car. 8:40 - car. Luckily we had builders in this week as our plumber ended up taking her to school!!!! UNRELIABLE.
