Had an amazing WOW facial with the very knowledgeable nurse Karen at image aesthetics. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome, relaxed and most of all filled with the most amount of reassurance that I had chosen the best clinic to deal with my skin before my big day. I went to Image Aesthetics for the Wow Facial combined with a Botox treatment for Rosacea. The clinic is impeccable; beautifully designed and clean. Karen is a real professional and made me feel very comfortable. As I also work within aesthetic medicine I can say the treatments were faultless. My skin felt incredible after the facial and a week later my Rosacea flushing had stopped!!!! Thanks Karen.

I had never been to an aesthetic skin clinic before. Karen made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She advised me on what treatments would be suitable for me. During the procedure she constantly reassured me and explained what she was doing. The results are amazing, so much better than I had even hoped for! Nurse Karen was so attentive to what my concerns about my lips were and really did a fantastic job. I have had lip fillers in the past but this was, by far, my most satisfactory experience. Honestly couldn't fault her customer service or the results. I have struggled with asymmetry and thin lips but she has achieved everything I could have imagined and more! Will definitely be returning to her in the future and look forward to the other services she offers. Thank you so much Nurse Karen - you are a star! Would recommend a hundred times over!
