First appointment with Charlie today. He listened to everything I said and made me feel heard and understood. He explained the treatment plan and included me in the decision making process. After this first session I now have hope that my problems can be managed. Highly recommended.

CHJ clinic is the epitome of kind and caring. The team there: Charlie and Rhiannon go out of their way to help and listen. Charlie via osteopathy has been helping me get back on my feet since a serious head injury brought me up short in November 2020. He has been absolutely amazing. Charlie and the team are phenomenal and so supportive. I really felt heard and listened too - which is unfortunately quite a rare thing in all the therapies Ive tried in the past. He has been tremendous in enabling me every step of the way to get back to my passion for Olympic weightlifting - I have a competition in Spain next month and I have no doubt I wouldnt be anywhere near where I am now without CHJ clinics support. Quite simply I have received the very best of care. They truly help you, the individual. I couldnt ask for more.

I'm someone who is glued to my computer and travels a lot for work (pre-covid), and is constantly battling with soreness in my shoulders and back from the slouching and strain. Charlie constantly sorts me out, with a very considerate and gentle demeanour, articulate way of explaining whats happening, and extremely pleasant conversation. I've literally been to people all over the world, and no one is able to gently coax the knots and pain away like Charlie. He's LITERALLY EXCELLENT.
