I went to Stockwood having had a significant injury to my shoulder in the summer. It was very painful to try and move, and actually it didn't move much anyway. The injury was very inhibiting to both work and personal life as I could do very little with my dominant arm. Adam explained what I had done (which was actually very helpful) and over a few treatments mobilised the joint and gave me exercises to help keep things moving and rebuild muscular strength. Things are now improving steadily and although rotator cuff damage apparently takes a long time to fully repair, I'm now optimistic it will get there in the end. Thanks Adam.

I attended the Stockwood Clinic in Buckingham with a very painful swollen ankle. I received an appointment within two days of contacting the clinic, Adam Balderstone the principal osteopath diagnosed the problem and I had a course of manipulation and laser treatment which has completely cured the problem. Adam suggested some exercises which have helped to maintain my mobility. I recommend this clinic and would use it again. Pat English.

I was quickly put at ease by Adam (Balderstone) when I attended Stockwood Osteopathic & Sports Injury Clinic and was diagnosed with Achilles tendonitis. After six Shockwave treatment sessions, some orthotic supports, and following the stretching exercises prescribed by Adam my Achilles is much improved and I am now able to enjoy walking and dancing without pain. Adam's professionalism and gentle good humour made the Shockwave sessions (which were uncomfortable at times) bearable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the treatment. Thank you.
