From the minute I walked through the door until I left, the staff here made everything a pleasure!
My optician was very attentive, even though my clumsiness & blinking meant I had to repeat some of the machine tests a few times to get the results accurate. He was very patient & kind. My prescription had changed slightly, so I got to choose not one, but two pairs of glasses! To my surprise, they were completely free of charge!! The lovely assistant (I am terrible with names, I apologise) walked me through all the paperwork & helped me choose my pairs of specs & made it all so easy & hassle free.
I recommend Vision Express to anyone who enjoys top notch service with friendly, knowledgeable staff. My experience was made all the easier by these lovely people, so thank you!! 10/10
