Amazing customer service! Last Sunday my glasses broke and the only part that was salvageable were the lenses. I had no spares and I couldnt see anything (I will get spares from now on) Because it was a Sunday everywhere was shut. On a whim I called spectacle solutions, because the shop was shut it transferred me over to another line. I managed to get through to the owners, on their day off they came and opened up the shop especially for me, so I could find a frame that would fit my lenses. Within 15 minutes I had glasses and could see again!! They went above and beyond, they let me keep the frame while they looked to see if they could source the original frame that I had. I managed to find the frame online, I went back to spectacle solutions to return the frame I had been using in the meantime and they put the lenses in them and adjusted them for me. Such lovely owners and so kind, I cant tell you how thankful I am! :)

Spektacle Solutions are brilliant. Nothing is too much toruble for Sarh & Kevin & now you can also get your eyes tested there, it's even easier to get everything you need. Definitely worth a 5 star rating for customer service alone. Thanks both and well done!

I absolutely could not recommend this company more highly. They could not possibly have been more helpful (and recommended frames that I love but would NEVER have chosen on my own!) getting my glasses in ahead of usual schedule for an event I needed them for. I would now never get my glasses from anywhere else!
