I rang Phil after my husband had passed away to talk about getting a small mortgage, during the call he asked me why I couldn't get a full time time as there were plenty out there. I found this hurtful so I told him I'd ring back if I ever got a full time job and he replied 'or if you find a new man who wants to buy a house with you' I was so upset, my husband had only died 2 months before and he knew this!! Avoid at all costs.

Complete waste of time don't use them total lack of communication very seldom returned calls or emails. Although you do feel like you achieved something if and when you do get some kind of response. Promise lots deliver nothing. Find yourself a decent broker which is not these.
