She arranged a viewing suitable for us and was very honest and informative when showing us around. As landlords, we changed to the services of Open Doors from another local letting agent many years ago as we were very unhappy with the way the previous agents treated our tenants. We own properties in different areas of the country, so have dealings with a number of Property Management and Letting Agents. We have two properties in Buckingham that are managed by Open Doors whose staff are extremely efficient and very professional in their dealings with both us as landlords and our tenants. Nicky and Lizzie make an excellent team. Communication is speedy and thorough between Nicky and Lizzie, us and our tenants, making sure that everyone's needs and interests are catered for and any problems are swiftly and thoroughly sorted. Nicky and Lizzie are extremely proficient at their jobs and will always go the 'extra mile' to ensure both landlord and tenants are happy.
