Fantastic service from start to finish! Highly recommend! Just had carpets fitted for stairs and all upstairs rooms. Wasn't really sure what to go for, but Matt and showroom team were very friendly and knowledgeable, and quickly helped me pick the perfect carpets. On the day the fitter, Sam, did a brilliant job, and was really friendly and polite. Very pleased with the whole experience!

A solid operation from head to toe. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lady that I saw initially but she was incredibly patient and attentive whilst helping me pick out a carpet. She then arranged Matt to come out and measure for a quote. Matt was prompt and managed expectations perfectly when he booked me in. Sam arrived exactly when planned and fitted in good time. Incredibly polite and did a phenomenal job. I know exactly where to go for any future flooring requirements.
