        If you have never had to organise a funeral before, it can be very scary. But all decisions very soon became "Easy" for us, all communication over the phone, with easy to understand options. Always with compassion, empathy, respect and understanding at the right balance. The staff were just perfect & as a family - where wanted plans at times could differ, we all knew everything would be as we all wanted to say goodbye to our special loved one. Thank you so much from all our family for making this very difficult time so much easier. It's a shame someone has to pass to receive such excellent customer service and care xx THANK YOU
