I rarely leave reviews but in this instance I just wanted to express my thanks. We rented a bungalow through Russell & Butler when we were between homes for just over a year. From first meeting Matt at initial viewing to final checkout with Annette/Debbie the process has been great. We know R&B are acting on behalf of the landlord but we have always felt they are also on your side. If you have any problems with property they are very easy to report via the portal and issues are resolved quickly. Its great dealing with a small agent as we had a couple of delays with our house purchase. They liaised with landlord and made what could have been a very stressful situation easy and could not do enough to help. Thanks and Best wishes to all. Mike & Debbie

Russell and Butler have been fantastic to deal with. Today, we picked up the keys for our home as first time buyers. This wouldn't have been possible without the team being so proactive. Michelle was fantastic from letting us know about a house coming on the market that ticked all the boxes of our criteria. We quickly made an offer that was accepted! From there, Nick has been great at keeping us updated on all the steps up to completion. Overall, I would recommend Russell and Butler to anyone I know and only have good things to say about them. A great team!

I was served by Brian and Nick, both of whom were extremely personable, diligent, transparent and understanding. R&B is well established in Buckingham with an exceptional reputation. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

As a couple moving to the UK from Africa, we were very scared and unsure of how things worked and how it will be. However, Matthew helped us through and he has been wonderful to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend their agency for any letting needs.
