Paul took on the sale of our house , we felt at ease and confident from the get go, for the 7 months it took to go through Paul made sure he updated us the whole time of what was going on in the process, so glad we had Paul , and a good company definitely recommend.

Jo was absolutely amazing in navigating a sale with what turned out to be an extremely difficult buyer. Without her expertise and patience the sale would never have completed. We cannot thank her enough.

The branch manager was proactive and has helped us (tenants) push an ongoing maintenance issue forward towards resolution that was continuously being ignored and mis-managed by the MK branch/property maintenance team for almost a year. He didn't have to get involved as the Buckingham branch doesn't manage property maintenance but it's nice to see someone took ownership to try and help resolve an issue that was managed by another department.

Waited over a month to get a leak fixed in a shower and still not anywhere near getting repaired ! If you are a landlord thinking of letting your property through this company avoid and go elsewhere.
