        Have been trying to buy a new Stiga ride on Tractor mower for over 2 months, finally gave up yesterday after the 3rd attempt to purchase resulted in Service manager (how did she get involved ?)deciding to change previously agreed with Sales manager the cost price with and making it quite clear to us both who came into store, she could not care less if we bought it or not as they have a lot bigger customers in store than us apparently ! unbelievable bad customer service from the newly appointed 'sales preventation manager' especially to a regular spending customer for the last 12 years !!
