Ive never worked with such an incompetent, unprofessional firm. Their communication skills leave a lot to be desired, they are ignorant, unskilled and they are totally stoic in the way they handle their clients. I wouldnt ever use Gilroy Steel again and urge all potential clients to stay far away. They do not keep you in the loop, theyre professional relationships with other firms is woeful. Please, if you value the sale of your property and want a first class service, AVOID!

Claire and the Gilroy Steel team are nothing short of miracle workers. We were working to an extremely tight deadline to complete on our new build property, with all of the stress that entails, while selling a shared ownership property with a housing association. Gilroy Steel took care of everything and got us all moved in on time. Without their incredible work our sale would have fallen through and I cannot thank them enough!
