I cannot recommend this company enough. You may think that this gushing review is fake, but be assured that my views are genuine. Which other service supplier would arrange to come to your house at a time that suited you, within 24 hours of you reporting an issue? Would Sky or BT replace your hub free of charge when it developed an intermittent fault? We have had a lot of experiences with both of these companies and believe me, I would have had to wait in all day for Sky or BT and I would not have received a free replacement hub. Thank you Village Networks

Generally, the wireless link service works well, even if its speed is what could be expected. Recently however, we had a severe degradation in service, sub 1Mb speed, dropped packets etc. I sent a support request and left a phone message - and heard nothing and discovered more from chatting with neighbours who were also affected. There is no service status page to inform customers of current issues or proactive messaging (Gigaclear do that) - and it wouldn't be hard to do something simple. Yes, sometimes if you ring up, there is a recorded message outlining current problems. But this is 2021, I shouldn't need to call a telephone number to find if there are issues. Normal service resumed after 4-5 days, but only after ringing again did I find out there had been an antenna change which required tuning. An internet service provider should be ahead of the game on keeping customers informed of service issues, but VN's service approach is probably 20 years out of date!
