        We had a full overhaul of our water system. Top work and they were able to fit our job in really quickly- which was great as we had no hot shower! Guys on the job were very professional and productive and we now have a fully functional heating and water set up. A revelation to deal with a company that did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Very happy.

        Was recommended by a friend. Spoke several times to Alison, sent emails with photos as requested, called back several times, each time was told someone will get back. Was never called back, never displayed any interest. If you cannot do the job, atleast say so, that is professional. To completely ignore but keep telling me someone will call back just to be polite is unprofessional.
