Chris and I were very impressed by your descriptions of the options we had when planning the funeral. We also appreciated the patience you showed when we started changing our minds! You showed great respect in organising my mothers wishes prior to the funeral and getting us all to the cremation service. Although the previous cremation overran your dealing with the situation was very professional. Many thanks for your overall dealings of the funeral.

Carol was absolutely amazing and happy to accommodate all my wishes, despite my needing a fast turnaround. From death to funeral was a week. A calm, considerate and smooth experience. I'd just like to say that everyone at Heritage did a wonderful job looking after our family's needs following the death of my wife recently. Carol and Jane in Buckingham and the staff at the branch in Winslow all did their best to make things as easy as possible for us and we recommend their services to anyone who isn't sure who to approach in similar circumstances. We entrusted Heritage & Sons with our Mum's funeral and were very grateful for the way they handled everything and provided a fabulous service. Their experience was clear to see and took away a lot of the unknowns and they were able to guide us through the whole process.
