Sarah has such a gentle, kind, positive energy about her. She was immediately reassuring during the introduction chat for our hypnosis session. She helped me consider some aspects of my phobia I hadnt thought of before which surprised me. Having had my panic for over 25 years I came with an open mind about how much a session could help. After the hypnosis I was amazed to find my thoughts and feelings had some kind of shift. Today (the following day), Im grateful for the new positive perspective I have on my phobia and honestly believe the session with Sarah has been a big stepping stone in the right direction for me. I am beyond impressed with Sarah and the past life regression that I had today. I've had three sessions in the past with different people, so, I wasn't new to it. But Sarah guided me through things that I didn't even know were possible. What a ride. It was powerful and very insightful. Plus Sarah is a delight to talk to and her insight is valuable.
