I was having an issue pumping a bicycle tyre up, after bike had been in storage a while. Contacted almost at closing time, yet happily still said to bring it straight over. Inspected tyre, tube and valve. There was no fault, it was simply my user error. He pumped it up and then gave genuine good advice without being patronising or condescending. Would happily recommend.
