Unprofessional staff, untrained, head pharmacist rarely present. Very rude older woman with blonde hair refused a regular over the counter purchase, and is very judgmental on anything you buy. Stay away from her especially, and this mediocre boots chain. I dont usually give one star reviews, this store has been outstandingly unprofessional and uncoordinated. Go to jardiniers pharmacy nearby, or Lyods in town square by Waitrose.
