Please please use this company if you need any care advice! After a year of trying to get somewhere with Local Authorities & Private Care Homes Nicola guided me & gave me great advice on what to do & I am finally getting a resolution to a very stressful & upsetting situation. Had a problem with my sister in social care and I talked to Nicola Taylor who explained to me all the issues I had and how best to deal with them she gave me really sound advice after months of getting nowhere with social services and made me more aware of what I could do regarding my sister I would highly recommend care navigators and Nicola whos knowledge of the system was first class.
