What a lovely guy was running Shoreham tesco timpson, his name was Mo and he was helpful and polite, and even rang me to say my shoes were ready. Definitely use them again, great service, well done Mo .

The guys at Timpsons did a great job fixing a Freelander key that I was told would be three figures to fix. This key does everything and is a complicated job. 20 mins later its done and working perfectly and not nearly three figures. Well done lads

Abysmal service. I ordered a replacement key for my car. The key was ordered and I was told two to three days for delivery and then maybe 30 - 45 minutes to program the key. After a fortnight I asked if there was any news but nothing. I cancelled the order, got refund and went elsewhere. The next day "We have your key would you like to go ahead once again. I cancelled the second supplier, and booked a slot to have the programming done in two days time. I turned up and was told that they had received the wrong key and could therefore not make a new key. There was no apology just "Well you got your refund!" I find the service very bad indeed and will never visit Timpsons ever again.
