        In the past I have found the opticians to be stressful and very anxiety inducing. I tend to put it off going for as long as possible. However, this time around I found the whole experience to very different. The optometrist who did my test (Denita) was calm and considerate, and used a level of sensitivity I have never experienced in any other branch of Vision Express. Other branches could learn a lot from her!!! It doesn't take much to consider that potentially a customer is not being "difficult" but rather potentially could be anxious. Once I had finished my test and I was choosing glasses frames I had the wonderful luck to meet Charlene. She went above and beyond! She took the time to listen to me and gave me her opinions on frames (without being forceful) She made it clear what my options were and made sure to explain how much everything would cost. Vision Express in Shoreham is lucky to have both of these women working at their branch.
