        Was looking to see if Ken was still in the washing machine repair business - and happened to see a really negative review. I couldn't disagree with it more. Ken repaired our washing machine 5 years ago - promptly and for a really good price. Hence I'm looking out his details 5 years later! Don't be put off by one persons hasty assessment of another - without actually seeing what they're like.

        I've used Ken over the last 15 years for 4 different washing machines and i cannot fault the service. Prompt, honest and cost effective, I have no hesitation recommending him.

        Took 3 days to return my call. Made an arrangement to visit between 4 and 5 - no phone call, no show by 6. Had to go out. Easier to buy a new washer. How do these people stay in business?
