Shoreham Hypnobirthing

We recently went along to the Shoreham hypnobirthing better births workshop which suited us as we were towards the end of our pregnancy and had limited time. Vicki made us feel so comfortable and relaxed from the very start. I knew a bit about hypnobirthing before the course as I work as a sonographer, but wanted to learn more. The course was informative, evidence-based and just made sense. As a health professional I know sometimes the approach to birth can feel daunting and medicalised, but I came away generally looking forward to the birth of our baby, and and now view birth in a different light as an empowering experience to look forward to and something that more couples should know about!

My partner and I were lucky enough to have four private sessions with the lovely Vicki and enjoyed each one. Vicki made us feel comfortable and immediately at-ease, which was important as we werent sure what to expect. The sessions offered practical advice, research based information, support, helpful visual resources and gorgeous meditations. We learned so much throughout the sessions and found the time each week invaluable. We feel so much more calm, confident, empowered and prepared for the birth of our daughter and couldnt recommend this course enough.

Vicki's class was amazing. Alongside the breathing and visualisations we also learnt a lot about the science. All together it gave my wife and I all the tools we needed for a great birthing experience. Highly recommend

Vickis course was fantastic. We really enjoyed it and learnt a lot. We particularly enjoyed the guided meditations and positive birth stories. It really helped to demystify birth and eradicate fear associated with labour. The course helped us create our birth plan and Im sure all the Hypnobirthing techniques learnt will help us massively in the birth of our baby girl. Highly recommend!

I recently completed Vickis hypnobirthing course over the summer and really enjoyed it. It was extremely informative and a genuinely positive experience I looked forward to each week. I cant wait to put everything I learnt into practice when my baby arrives next month. The gifted shoreham hypnobirthing bag we all received at the start of the course with all the affirmation cards and printed guide was a lovely touch too and I know its something I will reflect back on for future pregnancies. Vicki was a very good teacher and listener and made everyone feel included and welcome.
