Fantastic pharmacy - all the staff there are amazing & helpful, always smiling and happy. They go above and beyond to help you. Wouldnt go anywhere else

Shambolic. One of the staff members making light of collecting 5 prescriptions. Handed One item then told others ready in 10 minutes. Go back and given three more items except one was missing and if I hadn't opened the bag they would have happily taken the money and not done a thing. Then informed one item can't be given out as no longer available but going to check with other branch. (Is it available or not they don't seem to know what they are doing.) All this whilst boards on display of wear a mask at all times and only 3 members of the public allowed in. As someone living in a household with someone with incurable cancer they need to practise there own policies.

Buckingham park pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy Ive been to. My prescriptions are alway ready on time and I am sometimes in the 2 times a week. Every other pharmacy I have attended will make you wait for at least 15 minutes and never seem to be in a rush from my experience. The staff are alway very friendly even if they are run off there feet and if I need advice the staff always make sure to do there best to help me . Definitely 5 star service. Thank you
