Waitrose Buckhurst Hill

Waitrose has the best quality items! This branch has everything and much more than what I required. The meats are great quality with a huge variety. The staff are really friendly. For many years I used South Woodford Branch but recently they have gone over self checkout mainly - most checks not in use - shame....

Always handy for bits and pieces, they usually have what I need. Particularly good for my daughter who has many food allergies and they stock good vegan options. Nice bakery and cakes! Update -their toilet has been shut most of the time over the last few weeks. They're sandwich chiller is also currently broken and they often don't have many common items in stock. It feels like they're not doing very well at the moment.

The most racist staff I've ever encountered in any waitrose shops .. I've been shopping at waitrose for 5 years, but this one is the worst period ever ...they will follow you everywhere... they are rude and racist in general
