        Long wait for a simple prescription. Staff not particularly friendly

        They really need customer care training! Had to wait in a slow queue. Wanted some cough medicine but the one requested was not in stock. Picked out an alternative product and gave it to the assistant who then proceeded to have a conversation with someone else knowing I was waiting. Whatever happened to efficiency?

        Long queue for flu jab inspite of booking in advance waiting 25 minutes after prearranged time inadequate seating space flu jabs administerd by assistant in between serving customers we'll use our GP in future
