I done on 20 February surgery abortion and 2 weeks very bad pain ...after 1 week of surgery I have my period and I start bleeding to much and pain I call ambulance and go to A&E they book me for scan on 9 March but on 6 March I back to hospital they done scan and they found "tissue " from the baby and on 8 March I will have again surgery Is normal for a Clinic with 5 person inside the surgery room they don't see "part of baby" in my body...I have a lot pain , I need care of my son I work ..I have my routine and now surgery again . But not finish here ...with this only feedback negative.

Somewhat cautious of the location after reading the reviews but today after several weeks of waiting I got an email which led me to this review, I need not have worried in the slightest. Building was somewhat "weathered" in the main waiting area but was clean, however i was soon whisked away to a private waiting area where I was welcomed by all the staff, given some snacks and water, very clean and well kept. Reception ladies took all my details, explained everything before i was taken through to the surgical area. a Male and Female nurse(?) along side the Doctor welcomed me once more and placed me at ease, lots of chat clearly to keep me preocupied worked wonders. And after some jolting pain which subsided in a few moments it was done. Had to wait in the reception for a while to make sure all was well, staff fed and watered me some more and there was plenty of good natured chat. And that was that. Followed the guidlines to the letter and about 2 weeks later that was it, all done and healed up a few months later, all was as it should be. If you are a bloke looking to go here, ignore the bad reviewes, nothing justified them in my opinion, i can only imagine those that got infections didnt follow the guidlines or thought they knew better. Nothing from the visit would indicate that it was in any way a risk and its far more likely the risk was with simply with the patient

I had a very comfortable experience with my procedure. The nurses were very nice and caring. The procedure was explained to me and I was given choices. I was very scared and emotional but I felt reassured and at ease. Thank you.

Joanna and I think it was Christine, were the kindest midwives / nurses I could have hoped to see. The procedure wasn't an easy decision and I was so anxious, but they were so reassuring, calmed me down so much and just helped get me through it with ease. The service from MSI was quick and really flawless, rung on Saturday morning, had a doctor's consultation that hour and had an appointment on Tuesday morning. Thank you to all.
