        It was our first time purchasing a house. We dealt with Diana and Ellie. It wasnt any trouble for Diana to show us the house a 2nd time. There were a few hiccups along the way due to paperwork etc, but we finally got there! Thank you again Ellie for being polite and supportive on making the purchase possible!

        If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Caplen have been fantastic throughout the entire purchase of our new home. From David showing us the property, having great knowledge of the property and area to Ellie T consistent and reassuring communication which made the whole process easy and frankly enjoyable! Both David and Ellie are credits to Caplen and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Caplen to anyone selling/buying - you are in great hands!
