Lumleys

We never went ahead with Lumleys as my experience was a little odd. We visited in person one day where a lovely lady suggested a carpet for us at 35. We took the sample and then decided to follow up with an order. We were then told by the agitated owner that it is 45 per metre, despite it being seen available online at multiple stores for 35 and under. We calmly tried to explain we were told 35 in-store and can also see it online at this price, so if it could be double checked that would be great. There was zero patience and we were batted away aggressively constantly and then told thats the price, Ill let you decide. Very disappointing as we like to support local businesses and we went with another fitter round the corner who was very accommodating and 200 cheaper reflecting the cost much more closely.

Pat and Jacqui were amazing. We gave them a very limited time scale to carpet a new home before we moved in and they managed to do it and the work was to a very high standard.

Highly Recommend, Great finish on both carpet and LVT flooring, service from Pat and Jackie was excellent, always available to answer any questions and give recommendations on what would work best for the layout in the house

Highly recommend!!! From start to finish the whole process was hassle free. Pat and Jackie are so incredibly helpful and went out of their way to give good advice and were very accommodating. Excellent customer service. We are very happy with our stair runner. The fitter was also very knowledgable and paid attention to detail.

Ive bought 3 carpets from Lumleys in the last 2 years. Patrick and Jackie are very helpful and dont mind how many samples you try before deciding on the right one! They arrange the fitting very quickly and the guys they use are polite and tidy, as I would expect from this quality shop.
