John Whitehead was totally supportive during the process of buying. He followed up our queries immediately and went above and beyond communicating between us and the seller. We sold through PB and although finding a buyer was quick, after that we had no contact from them even when asking direct questions and for support. They only emailed to remind us that their fee was due!!! Thank you John. Much appreciated and would recommend you to friends.
