Poor quality from CLAIRE who answers the phones. Terrible customer service. Never going to be using this place again. I dont understand why CLAIRE needs to be so rude to me when all Im asking for is some assistance. CLAIRE is not fit to work. CLAIRE should be sacked immediately !!! I wouldnt even give a star but I have to, to leave a comment!!!! Fuming!!!
