Al-Faperio Dental Clinic Essex

Arrived for my appointment today to be told the periodontist wasn't in today. The receptionist said they have been trying to get in touch for a month to tell me my appointment was cancelled. Very strange, considering they have the correct phone number and email contact details to be in touch with me, yet I have had no missed calls, or messages of any kind from them. I asked if Dr Rana Al-Falaki was aware of this, as I couldn't believe she'd allow such sloppy treatment of patients to occur, to be told she is no longer part of the practice. Rana was a wonderful periodontist. I won't be coming back to the clinic.

Amazing results for laser gum treatment! Best dentist in my view. Highly recommend for laser gum treatment. Very competitive price. Gentle and professional service. Prior to using this clinic, I approached another clinic in South Kensington, consultation and quote - absolute ripoff, quote was more than double and I was asked to attend so many treatments (8 visits in total, over) I am so lucky to have come across Al Faperio dental. Good dental clinics do not need to overcharge and this clinic proves it. Dr Ali handled my treatment and was brilliant.

Excellent service and very friendly to the customers. For me the dentist consultant did a very good job.

Shocking service, They changed my peri-dentist without informing me then told me I'd have to pay 110 more to see the peri-dentist I'd been seeing for the past two years. They charged me for x-raying my teeth and then said that I needed a wisdom removed by my NHS dentist, they then forgot to send him the X-rays, emailed them 3 times for the x-rays still not got them over a year later. Then they forgot to book me in for my 6 monthly appointment and now they have the audacity to charge me 50 in advance because some customers forget to attend their appointments, even though I've never missed one! oh the irony!! Oh and the telephone receptionist is plain rude!
