Servers could learn to smile or at least be welcoming when you ask for unlimited sodas just tell me you have nothing except pepsi then I can just order a pepsi would also like to see clean cutlery on table - and have to mention restrooms they are disgusting - food wasn't to bad although they know give limited meats to you and mash potatoes are like water very sad to see how downhill this place has gone . Would not recommend sadly. Needs lot of work .I can see your working on outside of building and think you should of addressed bigger issues in the business

Always enjoy visiting this place, breakfast and dinner are a pleasant experience and one of our regular haunts. Staff are friendly and atmosphere is nice. Would recommend the breakfast buffet, roast buffet and even the too good to go grab bags are great value too

Buckhurst Hill branch, arrived without a booking and it was very busy when we arrived. We were shown to a table very quickly. We waited a little while for the server but when she arrived she was wonderful and explained items on the menu as my wife is a vegan. Server was Karen Lee and she was great! I had a standard carvery and my wife had the mushroom and ale pie. Both were delicious with my wife particularly impressed with the quality of the pie. Only comment was that the filling could be increased with maybe some potato or similar. Great value for money and wonderful service! Happy days for all involved! Well done!! Vegetarian options: Could have been more vegan options albeit pie was excellent (see above). Pie could be filled more via but was delicious. Was a bit of confusion about the vegetables with the pie but all sorted swiftly.
