        Surprised to see such positive reviews here. As a family we had a very poor experience. Incorrect prescription. Incomplete prescription. Wrong correction in one lens of glasses (prescription inversed) for another family member. Poor customer service. Refusal to answer a simple query about my prescription. Seemed to be all about the money.
