        Such slow service. Constantly unable to get through on the phone and when you go in the prescription is so rarely ever ready. Thats if the pharmacy is even open as they will often just randomly shut early.

        Staff gave been fine with myself but the state of the shop is terrible. The floor is very dirty with build up of grime etc in corners and doorways. The shelves are also need a good clean. This is just the public space so goodness knows what the other side of the counter is like. Really needs to have a deep clean.

        No one ever answers the phone; often closed during what are supposed to be 'opening hours'. They are, I understand, short staffed, but I feel I can only give one star because it's supposed to be a vital service, and this area is bereft of pharmacies as it is. I certainly don't feel I could rely on this branch for repeat prescriptions - I'd worry they'd never be open for me to collect anything.
