Buckfast Carpets

We have just replaced the flooring in our 2 bedroom apartment and would like to say how happy we are. Lucy, in Austins store, was most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Vince and Lewis, the fitters, were amazing: the job was done in 4 hours, including moving the furniture & putting it back in the right place! Thank you all very much. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent service throughout the entire process. Well advised in the selection of carpet (price range/brand/thickness etc) and the most suitable underlay for the purpose. The laying of the Karndean LVT and fitting of the stair/landing carpet is first class. The fitting was carried out while we were away and was left very tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend Buckfast Carpets.

A really great experience from start to finish. Thoughtful advice, brilliant range of carpets; thorough guidance on what would or wouldn't work for the practicalities of our house. The team were really flexible with our fluctuating redecoration dates. The fitters were excellent - prompt, fast, tidy and did a very neat job all round. It's been a reassuring and high-quality experience.

What a great find Buckfast Carpets were in Austins Department store. Lucy, being a perfect front of house representative for the company, excelled at offering a great choice of carpets to me and went further with inspiration resulting in the perfect choice being made. The carpet fitters she arranged were first class and I am delighted with the way that the rooms have turned out. Brilliant service, communication and total satisfaction, thank you all!
