        Good doctors but some reception staff come across as very rude

        Everyone is very committed to patient welfare in my experience, they try to be kind, even when people are (occasionally) quite rude and unpleasant. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable, and I find it a really pleasant and patient focused practice.
