        Delicious ghee, really good quality. We have previously used butter for frying, but this burns easily and leaves a dark residue on foods such as eggs or omelette. The ghee doesnt burn and still has that nice buttery taste. Great for popcorn too! On recommendation, we are also going to try cooking roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings ( as dessert) using Happy Butter.

        Happy Butter Ghee is not only an outstanding product that is produced in the UK but the price and level of service is second to none! It is a top notch product, at an amazing price and the level of service is exceptional. I use the turmeric ghee in all my curry recipes and the normal ghee for everything else. Delicious and high smoke point so fantastic for a range of uses! I use a tremendous amount of the stuff and I recommend that you buy your ghee from this lovely little company and if you haven't tried it before, what are you waiting for?!

        I am a big fan of Happy Butter Ghee for years. This is the best, the purest and the healthiest clarified butter on the market. I have lots of food intolerances including fats. The Happy Butter Ghee is the only fat I can tolerate with no issues. I tried number of other ghee brands and they didnt work well with me including clarified butter made by myself. Due to Brexit, Happy Butter Ghee is no longer available in ROI (hopefully temporally) where I live. It ran out of stock few months ago. I wanted to buy few jars from Happy Butter Online shop but unfortunately orders could be placed only for UK. I have contacted Happy Butter asking if they could send few jars to ROI. I had a pleasure to correspond with Rupert. He went above and beyond my expectations. To avoid shipment problems from UK to ROI caused by Brexit, he organised an experimental shipment of few ghee jars from Belfast to Dublin. In 3 days I received package full of delicious Happy Butter Ghee. Rupert is a gentleman with pure heart. Happy Butter is trustworthy and honest family business. They do care of their customers!! And their ghee butter is yummy;)
