Terrible customer service and aftercare. Bought 2 machines back in 2019 and paid for servicing and maintenance which cost over 1000 for each machine a year, only to be passed from pillar to post in an obvious attempt to avoid any obligation in maintaining the equipment. There are far better machines and companies out there for the money.

Terrible customer service. Our coffee machine developed a boiler fault after less than 2 years of use and was deemed unsafe to use. Rather than dealing with it in a professional manner, San Remo tried to shift the blame and have taken zero responsibility for the problem.

I got an opportunity to use the F-18 at London coffee fest Besides the fact the front display is setup to look like an F-18, (kinda made me feel like Tom cruise in top gun) the machine itself was remarkable, the pre infusion was adjustable, as well as pretty much everything able to be changed. Its user friendly, a baristas dream. Super easy to learn and use , honestly besides the cafe racer I think it could be one of their greatest machines. I told them if it didn't weigh so much I was gonna take it an run. But In all honesty it's amazing, I only wish I had more time to use it, I will have dreams of it!!!!Thank you again for the opportunity
