        We asked Mr Fisher to come and sweep our chimney. When he arrived he inspected the chimney, told us it was dangerous and left without sweeping it. He also said he was going to ring our builder Mr Whale who had done some work on our chimney to explain to Mr Whale why the chimney was dangerous. I have checked with Mr Whale who informed me that Mr Fisher had not in fact contacted him about our supposedly dangerous chimney!

        Dan was absolutely excellent and I couldn't recommend him more! The job turned out to be much bigger and more complex than first expected, but Dan was the epitome of professionalism. He was really thoughtful in talking us through the problem we face with our chimney/wood burner, and his work was fantastic and clean. Plus he's a really nice guy. 11/10
