        After being a loyal customer was told i couldn't get a hair cut as they were fully booked even though there was one gentleman having a cut and nobody waiting, nevermind, water off a ducks back. I supported you in your early days but now you have a posh website and didnt book you couldn't find the 15 mins to give me a trim. Shame thats all.
